This role involves being a vital member of each patient's core care team, supporting and advocating for patients undergoing dialysis. You will help patients understand their rights and responsibilities and guide them in managing the physical, mental, emotional, and financial demands of End Stage Renal Disease.

Requirements:

• Must meet all state regulations for dialysis practice.
• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) with clinical specialization.
• Knowledge of insurance programs.
