What You’ll Do

  • Provide Day-to-Day IT Support
  • Troubleshoot and resolve internal hardware and software issues, manage user accounts, and support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Manage Internal Tech Tickets
  • Respond to and manage internal support cases, providing timely solutions to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Support Salesforce Operations
  • Maintain, clean, and validate Salesforce data, troubleshoot issues within the platform, and support users with navigation and usage.
  • Conduct regular system checks, monitor equipment performance, and maintain a reliable IT environment for internal users.
  • Prepare laptops, peripherals, and accounts for new hires; wipe and repurpose devices for offboarded team members.
