This role is critical to the smooth operation of our organization, ensuring that all technology systems function efficiently, securely, and reliably to support the productivity of our employees and the overall success of the business.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all technology-related needs across the company, providing hands-on technical support to employees.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues; manage essential systems that keep daily operations running without disruption.
• Support desktops, laptops, IP phones, networking equipment, and specialized software platforms such as our CRM system, ShipStation, and eCommerce website support.
• Assist with system updates, software deployments, backups, and monitoring to proactively prevent issues before they impact the business.
• Help optimize workflows, enhance collaboration, and ensure seamless interactions with our technology for both employees and customers.

Qualifications

• We are seeking a candidate who is technically proficient, proactive, and solution-oriented.
• Experience with desktops, laptops, IP phones, networking equipment, and familiarity with CRM systems, ShipStation, and eCommerce website support.

Compensation and Schedule

• Base Hourly range: $23-$27
• Typical hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; potential on-call as needed.
