As an IT Support Specialist at Winters Recreation, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all technology-related needs across the company. You will provide hands-on technical support to employees, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and manage essential systems that keep daily operations running without disruption. Your responsibilities will span a wide range of technologies, including desktops, laptops, IP phones, networking equipment, and specialized software platforms such as our CRM system, ShipStation, and eCommerce website support.

Beyond day-to-day support, you will play a key role in maintaining the integrity, security, and performance of our IT infrastructure. This includes assisting with system updates, software deployments, backups, and monitoring to proactively prevent issues before they impact the business. Your expertise will help optimize workflows, enhance collaboration, and ensure that both employees and customers experience seamless interactions with our technology.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all technology-related needs across the company.

  • Support a range of technologies, including desktops, laptops, IP phones, networking equipment, and specialized software platforms such as our CRM, ShipStation, and eCommerce website support.

Compensation and Work Hours

  • Base Hourly range: $23-$27
  • Typical hours are Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, potential on call as business needs arise.
