Overview
IT Plant Support Analyst - Part-Time Opportunity. This part-time role (16-20 hours/week, first shift between 8 AM and 5 PM) offers flexibility in scheduling and the chance to make a real impact in a manufacturing setting. You'll be 100% onsite, with occasional on-call and travel responsibilities, so a personal vehicle is required. This isn’t just a break/fix role — you’ll be hands-on supporting critical IT systems in collaboration with plant teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide responsive support for hardware, phones, and IT-related issues.
- Diagnose, repair, and upgrade IT-supported software and hardware.
- Communicate system outages and updates clearly to plant teams.
- Roll out new hardware, software, and processes.
- Collaborate with contractors and engineers to ensure IT policies are followed.
- Participate in or lead small to medium IT projects.
- Document support processes and contribute to continuous improvement.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
