Core Responsibilities:

  1. Troubleshoot and resolve simple Desktop / Laptop problems.
  2. Install, maintain, and acquire desktops, laptops, software, and peripherals throughout the organization.
  3. Perform client LAN / hard disk backups; assist with end-user questions and problems.
  4. Participate in performance monitoring and tuning of PC systems under supervision.
  5. Receive work direction from supervisor or experienced peers on work priorities and daily assignments.
  6. Maintain an adequate spare parts inventory for systems, subsystems, and components used in repairs.
  7. Communicate effectively with clients, peers, and supervision, blending technical and business details.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, peers, and management.
  9. Coordinate with Technology Support Services / IT Managers / IT Development to ensure timely completion of problems and changes within SLAs.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned.
  11. Travel to various locations as needed, with mileage reimbursed at 65.5 cents per mile.

Note: This job is active, and travel to specified locations may be required. Mileage expenses are reimbursed at 65.5 cents per mile.
