Job Summary

The IT Specialist manages a wide range of IT systems, software applications, hardware, and networks. This role ensures seamless IT operations, troubleshooting, and optimization across all areas of the business. The IT Specialist collaborates with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure that IT solutions meet organizational needs and objectives.

Responsibilities

• IT Systems and Infrastructure Support: Oversee the maintenance and optimization of software, hardware, and network systems. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, monitor system performance, and implement enhancements.
• Vendor and Third-Party Management: Manage relationships with IT vendors, evaluate contracts, SLAs, and support escalations.
• System Administration and Optimization: Ensure security, updates, and alignment of IT systems. Evaluate and recommend new technologies, prepare budgets, and track expenditures.
• IT Security and Compliance: Monitor vulnerabilities, oversee security patches, ensure compliance, and implement disaster recovery plans.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain documentation and prepare reports on IT performance and projects.
• End-User Training and Support: Develop training sessions and support end-users in resolving technical issues.
• Project Management: Lead IT projects, manage timelines, resources, and budgets.
