Name: IT Support Technician

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user technical support for hardware, software, and systems.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve tickets through the help desk system.
• Ask questions to diagnose issues and walk users through solutions.
• Install, configure, and repair desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Follow up with users to confirm resolution and satisfaction.
• Track recurring issues and report potential system problems.
• Document all support activities with clear, accurate notes.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic understanding of networking and system administration.
• Proficiency with Windows and Mac OS environments.
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently.

Requirements

• O365 and Active Directory experience a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean DMV record.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Sponsorship not available.
