Position: IT Support Analyst

Location: Grand Rapids, MI | Onsite

Job Type: Permanent / Direct-Hire

Salary: $50,000-$70,000

Responsibilities Of The IT Support Analyst

  • Provide deskside and conference/classroom A/V support, ensuring Teams rooms and related hardware function reliably.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues across Mac, PC, iOS, and Windows platforms.
  • Support and maintain commercial Applications and Systems including LearnWorlds (eLearning), Shopify (eCommerce), Webflow (website), and Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge/Financial Edge (CRM/finance).
  • Assist with user access management, identity controls, and collaboration tools in Azure and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Maintain and enhance existing in-house developed applications, interfaces, and custom reports.
  • Perform ad hoc data manipulation, migration, and cleanup (SQL and scripting).
  • Support integrations between cloud applications and databases.
  • Partner with IT team members on new hardware/software deployments and technology projects.

Preferred Experience For The IT Support Analyst

  • Commitment to the vision and mission of the seminary; able to cultivate trust and serve others with patience and professionalism.
  • Experience with IT Support including hardware setup & support, application troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Teams, including identity and access management.
  • Experience with Azure cloud technologies.
  • User Administration with Entra ID, Active Directory, M355 Administration, SharePoint, Teams.
  • Experience with LearnWorlds or similar eLearning platforms.

Bonus Experience For The IT Support Analyst

  • Development experience in SQL (queries), Java, Python, HTML/CSS, or JavaScript/React.
  • Exposure to eCommerce platforms like Shopify.
  • Exposure to Webflow or similar web design platform experience.
  • Experience with Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge and Financial Edge or LearnWorlds or similar eLearning platforms.
  • Familiarity with Azure services such as Web Apps, Cosmos DB, Container Registry, and Entra ID.
  • Experience with cloud application deployment, integration, and database management.
