We are an IT support firm seeking an experienced IT support technician to work full-time in Costa Mesa, CA.

Job description:

Responsibilities will include:

• Administration and troubleshooting of Windows-based devices
• Administration of Microsoft 365 / Office 365
• Administration of a large Google-based environment including Google Workspace and Chromebooks
• Administration of Apple MAC and iOS devices
• Providing training/assistance for end users
• Managing user accounts and policies across multiple systems (Entra AD, Google Workspace, LoB-specific)
• Managing and responding to tickets via ZenDesk

This job is located onsite at our client's office in Costa Mesa. The client is an online public charter school serving grades TK-12. You will work within a team of IT professionals responsible for the client's entire Technology department. Your day will be spent at a single location. The schedule is typically M-F, 8:00am to 4:30pm, with a 30-minute lunch. After-hours and weekend work are rare but may be necessary. This position reports to a remote manager.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
• Minimum 1 year of experience supporting users in a helpdesk role is required
• Professional appearance and clear communication skills are necessary
• Self-starter with initiative and ability to manage tasks independently
• Ability to multitask and switch between tasks efficiently
• Must pass a background check with a clean record; no criminal history, DUIs, misdemeanors
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally

Bonus points for experience in educational environments and industry-standard IT certifications (A+, N+, Microsoft certifications, etc.)
