Customer Support SpecialistThe Customer Support Specialist plays a key role in ensuring client satisfaction by providing timely, professional, and knowledgeable assistance to customers. This position supports day-to-day operations, resolves inquiries, and contributes to the overall efficiency of company services. This position is temp to hire and will pay between $21 and $25/hr. The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding vehicle status, maintenance scheduling, billing, and account updates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to fleet services, telematics systems, and vehicle logistics.
- Collaborate with internal departments including dispatch, maintenance, and account management to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests in CRM systems.
- Monitor service levels and escalate urgent issues to appropriate teams.
- Educate customers on fleet tools, dashboards, and reporting features.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and training them on fleet management platforms.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements to enhance customer experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in automotive, logistics, or fleet management.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with fleet tracking systems and vehicle maintenance workflows is a plus.
