Customer Support SpecialistThe Customer Support Specialist plays a key role in ensuring client satisfaction by providing timely, professional, and knowledgeable assistance to customers. This position supports day-to-day operations, resolves inquiries, and contributes to the overall efficiency of company services. This position is temp to hire and will pay between $21 and $25/hr. Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding vehicle status, maintenance scheduling, billing, and account updates.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to fleet services, telematics systems, and vehicle logistics.
  • Collaborate with internal departments including dispatch, maintenance, and account management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests in CRM systems.
  • Monitor service levels and escalate urgent issues to appropriate teams.
  • Educate customers on fleet tools, dashboards, and reporting features.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and training them on fleet management platforms.
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements to enhance customer experience.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in automotive, logistics, or fleet management.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with fleet tracking systems and vehicle maintenance workflows is a plus.

Pay Details: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour
