Job Description
We’re partnering with a respected manufacturer to fill a Customer Support Specialist role focused on product performance and client satisfaction. This permanent opportunity is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a knack for problem-solving in a technical environment. The position is onsite on the south side of Cleveland.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries regarding product performance, warranty details, and service feedback
Accurately document and manage claims using internal systems
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction
Analyze feedback trends to support continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain up-to-date product support materials and documentation
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service or warranty support
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Experience in manufacturing industry is a plus
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Pay Details: $41,000.00 to $49,500.00 per year
