The Desktop Support Specialist I is responsible for resolving support requests, as well as, meeting customer satisfaction and continuous service delivery demands. Applicant should be capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
REQUIREMENT: A+ (CAN BE EXPIRED, MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE CERT #)
POSITION: DESKTOP SUPPORT
LOCATION: DOWNTOWN DALLAS, onsite 5 days
DURATION: 12 MONTHS
PAY RATE: $25 - $30 BASED ON EXPERIENCE

Responsibilities
- Hardware troubleshooting: desktops, laptops, printers
- Imaging - deep understanding of the process
- Network troubleshooting, ability to articulate how you would troubleshoot issues
- AV setup and support
- Adding and creating accounts in Active Directory
- Good customer service and communication
Experience
- A+ Certification REQUIRED - can be expired, must provide certification number
- 3-5 years’ experience in an Enterprise Desktop Support environment
- Imaging
- Hardware Support - laptops, pc's tablets, smart phones
- Widows OS Troubleshooting
- AV technology
