RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Grapevine, TX that is seeking an IT Project Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day operations of IT projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met
• Track and manage project budgets, including expense reporting and invoice reconciliation
• Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders to keep projects on track
• Maintain and update project documentation and reports
• Utilize project management tools (e.g., SmartSheets, Asana) to monitor task progress
• Analyze data using Excel to support budget tracking and project planning
• Assist in identifying process improvements within the IT project lifecycle
  
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of experience in IT project coordination or a similar role
• Experience managing invoices and tracking project budgets
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
• Experience working in an IT department or with IT vendors
• Familiarity with project management tools like SmartSheets, Asana, or similar
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Exposure to Agile or other project management methodologies
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
