Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies to identify and implement process improvements across manufacturing and operational functions.
• Project Management: Define, plan, and execute improvement projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering measurable results.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, operations, and quality teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensure the successful implementation of initiatives.
• Coaching and Training: Provide mentorship and training to staff at all levels on Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques, promoting self-sufficiency in process improvement efforts.
• Data-Driven Analysis: Conduct root cause analysis, process mapping, and data analysis to identify inefficiencies and develop sustainable solutions.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field; Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a continuous improvement role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
• Skills: Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, project management, data analysis, and process optimization. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
