Base pay range

$85,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

Creative Financial Staffing has partnered with a very well established firm in the Real Estate industry in the search for a Senior Property Accountant. With a portfolio in excess of $12 billion, they carry decades of experience in real estate investment, finance, development, construction management and asset management.

• General ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and work papers for a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties
• Record journal entries as needed
• Reconcile CAM’s, bill backs and calculate escalations
• Provide budget to actual variance analysis
• Assist in preparing year end and quarterly financial statements for investment funds
• Maintain, reconcile, and record monthly third party property management accounting
• Provide back up and support to the Fund Controller and Assistant Controller as needed
• Prepare special reports and projects, collect, analyze and summarize information and trends
  
  

• BS degree in Accounting or related discipline
• 5+ years of experience within real estate accounting
• Very strong excel skills
• Yardi experience required
