We’re seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support key initiatives in our FP&A transformation. Now in the fourth year of our Workday journey, we’re focused on stabilizing Adaptive Planning, resolving security issues, and finalizing system integrations and configurations.

$100,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure system reliability
• Address security concerns and optimize system performance
• Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business leaders
• Administer Adaptive Planning: configuration, data loads, integrations, and user setup
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and calculated fields
• Implement auditing procedures to ensure data integrity
• Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues
• Maintain documentation and support biannual Workday releases
• Perform other duties as needed
