Aptitude: Intelligent Integration . This role supports our National Healthcare Division based in Nashville, TN, with extensive travel (up to 75%) across the U.S. is required. Candidates must be open to travel. Role Summary
The Senior Aptitude Project Manager provides regional leadership throughout all project phases, focusing on strategic direction, operational excellence, financial management, team leadership, stakeholder relationships, and risk management, aligning with JE Dunns strategy, vision, and values. Key Responsibilities
Support safety culture and create awareness for an injury-free environment. Coordinate design and construction efforts meeting standards. Provide technical expertise on design, installation, and network integration. Create scopes of work and responsibility matrices. Perform quantity takeoffs and obtain vendor & trade partner quotes. Manage project budgets, costs, and projections. Develop and enforce Aptitude processes and standards. Lead, coach, and motivate project teams. Support deployment of Aptitude strategies to meet project goals. Participate in marketing and strategy initiatives. Manage project schedules, budgets, staffing, and communications. Track progress, resolve issues, and evaluate project performance. Additional Responsibilities
Maintain professional knowledge through education and networking. Engage with civic organizations to promote Aptitude services. Manage client and consultant relationships, and lead business development. Oversee strategic direction, resource, financial, and growth strategies. Serve as regional escalation point for project risks. Ensure appropriate staffing levels and resource management. Develop and lead organizational communication on Aptitude initiatives. Recruit, select, and train new team members. Skills & Qualifications
Strong work accuracy and timeliness. Intermediate communication and MS Office skills. Effective presentation skills. Ability to develop proposals and work plans. Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building. Knowledge of project processes and budget management. Education & Experience
Bachelors degree in construction management, IT, or related field (required). 10+ years in IT/Security/Life Safety systems; 8+ years project management experience (required). Working Environment & Benefits
Valid drivers license required. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, travel, and work non-traditional hours. Exposure to extreme conditions possible.
