is seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic
Client Solutions Manager
(Business Development) to join a growing team. The role involves selling temporary staffing and consulting services in the accounting and finance space. Key Responsibilities Build and manage a target list of new and existing client companies and contacts across various industries through face-to-face meetings, presentations, calls, and emails. Identify and approach key decision makers to introduce staffing and consulting services. Develop and maintain trusting relationships with clients through research and regular contact. Execute outbound marketing campaigns as part of the sales cycle. Achieve monthly activity goals related to outbound sales, client visits, and job order generation. Handle quoting, pricing, and contract negotiations with clients. Manage active contracts and maintain communication with clients and contract employees. Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate sales pipelines across divisions. Stay current on hiring trends, labor market conditions, and competitors to serve as a trusted industry adviser. Document all business development activities in ATS and CRM systems.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field. 5+ years of experience in consultative sales, accounting, or finance. Experience in staffing industry, B2B sales, or consultative selling is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, database systems, and mobile apps. Strong relationship-building skills across various levels. Soft skills: drive, persistence, organization, communication, and time management.
