This is a 12-hour night shift position. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in intensive care nursing and must be willing to float to Med Surg if needed. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.- Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in health status.- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, adhering to safety protocols.- Provide support and education to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and health management.- Participate in periodic mandatory call shifts lasting 24 hours. Qualifications: - Current RN license and certification as an ICU Nurse.- Valid ACLS and BLS certification are required.- Experience with EMR systems, particularly Meditech 6.0, is preferred.- Must be flexible and willing to float to Med Surg as needed.- No more than 3 days off (RTO requests) will be accommodated during the 13-week contract duration.- Candidates must reside outside of a 100-mile radius from the facility. Additional Information: - The Flu vaccine is mandatory with no exceptions.- The facility reserves the right to cancel up to 3 shifts over the course of the 13-week assignment.
