Req#: 314079 We are currently seeking a Staff Nurse to join our Positive Care and Travel Clinics in downtown Minneapolis. This position is part-time (0.9 FTE) and will work day shift (8 hour shifts). ***This position is currently Monday-Friday day hours but may expand to include evenings and weekends as we grow. A $4,000 hiring incentive is available for eligible external candidates (current employees, contract/temporary workers, and former employees returning to HHS within one year are ineligible). Responsibilities
Protecting, promoting wellness and optimizing health Triaging patients by assessing severity of symptoms and referral to appropriate setting or level of care Alleviating suffering through the treatment of the human response Partnering with the patient, their family and significant others Documenting interventions and an individualized plan of care Educating patient on their disease process Assuring continuity of care Educating patient and family in preventative care which promotes health and well being About the Company
