Location: Charlotte, NC (hybrid, occasional travel to project site in Columbia, SC

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee Multifamily construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multifamily construction projects from ground up to completion.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the project.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, team members, and external partners.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the multifamily or commercial construction sector.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
