Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 9:30 PM ET; Rotating Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET. Job Summary: We are seeking a

Senior Service Insurance Specialist

to join our Customer Service Center team. You will work with

independent insurance agents and customers

to deliver exceptional service and ensure comprehensive personal lines P&C coverage. Candidates must have an

active Property & Casualty (P&C) license or Personal Lines Producer license .

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries across multiple states, providing

insurance advice

and support with minimal escalation. Counsel, educate, and recommend

coverage options

aligned with underwriting guidelines. Perform full account reviews on all calls, securing additional coverage or referring to Sales team for final binding. Process policy changes, billing adjustments, and payment plan updates. Review and draft responses to written customer requests. Maintain

policy and billing records , ensuring accuracy and compliance. Manage call center volume while adhering to service level standards. Participate in training to strengthen service skills and prepare for career growth. Required Experience:

2+ years in

Personal Lines or P&C insurance

roles Call center experience strongly preferred Active

P&C License or PL Producer License Nice-to-Have Experience:

Bachelor's degree (preferred, or equivalent work experience) Background in needs-based coverage offerings Prior experience in a multi-state insurance environment Required Skills:

Licensed P&C insurance expertise Customer service and call handling Policy and billing adjustments Preferred Skills:

Strong written/verbal communication Time management and organizational skills Conflict resolution and customer advocacy Proficiency with call center and virtual platforms (Avaya, NICE, POS systems) Additional Skills:
