Solugenix is looking for a
Human Resources Specialist.
This is a 2-3 month contract opportunity based out of Irvine, CA (Onsite).
Human Resource Specialist will be responsible for the entire day-to-day administration of our HR function, and you will help the HR team ensure the smooth running of the company.
Qualifications: 3+ years' experience in an admin role, for a HR department. BS degree is preferred. Good understanding of HR functions and best practices. Excellent computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook). Proven track record of detail focus and accuracy. Ability to work under deadline pressure. Excellent administrative skills. Ability to work successfully with external suppliers and partners. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Responsibilities:
Maintaining and updating employee records. Preparing data for payroll runs. Oversee completion of compensation and benefit documentation. Assisting with recruitment and onboarding. Assisting with benefit enrollment. Coordinating Learning and Development activities. Distributing internal company documentation. Handling queries and requests for information.
Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $30/hour to $30/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
Solugenix will consider qualified applicants with a criminal history pursuant to the California Fair Chance Act and Ordinance. Applicants do not need to disclose their criminal history or participate in a background check until a conditional job offer is made to you.
