IT Systems Admin & Integrations Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and skilled IT Systems Administrator & Integrations Specialist to join our team!
In this role, you will be instrumental in advancing our digital transformation efforts by streamlining processes, optimizing system performance, and delivering seamless integrations across platforms. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, sharp problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
Work Environment The role requires In-Office presence at the Arlington Headquarters in Texas. Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to execute digitalization projects within the plant. Map current processes and develop solutions to eliminate redundant tasks. Automate manual tasks using RPA tools such as UiPath to boost team efficiency. Design, test, and implement automation equipment and related processes. Troubleshoot complex IT issues that fall outside standard operating procedures. Configure new shop floor components, including barcode scanners and scales. Identify and resolve service quality issues while implementing long-term improvements. Coordinate with digital professionals and service partners to ensure timely technology deployment. Lead and manage people and technology initiatives aligned with business objectives. Oversee project deliverables across scope, quality, timeline, and budget. Align priorities and timelines with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and effective project tracking. Additional Responsibilities
Administer and support enterprise software systems, including MES and Infor M3 ERP. Configure and maintain network infrastructure, including Cisco switches, firewalls, and wireless access points. Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and PowerShell scripts to support business reporting and system integrations. Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues to minimize operational impact. Provide Tier 2/3 IT support and technical guidance to end users. Implement and manage data integration workflows between internal systems and external vendors. Ensure data security and compliance with IT policies, standards, and best practices. Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, integrations, and standard operating procedures. Train and support staff in the adoption of new digital tools and automation technologies. Provide after-hours support for critical system issues as needed. Qualifications and Skills
Relevant IT certifications (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, SQL, PowerShell, etc.). Hands-on experience with networking, including Cisco switches, access point configurations, SQL, IoT, and PowerShell scripting. Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve technical issues independently. Familiarity with enterprise systems such as MES, Infor M3 ERP, and Descartes (preferred). Excellent project management and organizational skills. Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
