Maplewood, MN | Hybrid - onsite 3-4 days per week Compensation:
$35.00 - $37.00 per hour
What you'll do as the Global Logistics Load Factor Analyst:
Monitor and enhance the tracking of Load Factor metrics such as Cube Utilization (CVU%), Weight Utilization (WU%), and Load Factor Max (LFM%) across all regions and modes of transport Maintain, expand, and scale the Load Factor performance tool to additional regions and processes, ensuring it delivers actionable insights at strategic, tactical, and operational levels Automate and standardize Load Factor indicators for integration into global scorecards, dashboards, and operational routines Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align Load Factor strategies with cost efficiency, network optimization, and sustainability goals Document calculation logic, data assumptions, and business rules for transparency and consistency Ensure accuracy, reliability, and harmonization of data across ERP, TMS, WMS, and other sources Partner with regional teams to drive adoption of the tool and methodology, scaling best practices globally Contribute to broader initiatives such as Top Lanes Tracker, Scorecards, and Savings Tracker, embedding Load Factor as a core performance enabler
What you'll bring to the Global Logistics Load Factor Analyst role:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or a related field 5+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, operations, project management, or data & analytics Proven experience with logistics and supply chain performance management tools and systems (WMS, TMS, ERP) Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools; proficiency in SQL, DAX, or similar for data manipulation Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to connect data to practical actions and improvements Experience with agile methodologies and project management practices Ability to operate in global, cross-functional environments with strong collaboration, adaptability, and ownership Knowledge of predictive or statistical modeling a plus Prior experience in consulting or strategy roles is a strong advantage
