What you'll do as the Customer Logistics Intercompany Project Manager:
Lead global intercompany logistics initiatives to improve vehicle utilization, with a target of achieving 80% load factor. Use Power BI analytics to identify underutilized lanes, spot trends, and drive continuous improvement in load factor metrics. Develop decision-support tools, process maps, and execution plans to accelerate rollout of shipment optimization initiatives. Partner with planning, packaging, manufacturing, distribution, and transportation teams to resolve systemic issues and improve operational efficiency. Optimize intercompany Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs), shipping schedules, and pallet configurations to align with transportation capacity and efficiency goals. Collaborate with packaging engineering and distribution centers to implement innovative logistics packaging solutions that reduce waste and increase stackability. Track and report site-level performance, ensuring visibility into progress and accountability at both plant and distribution center levels. Lead workshops, site visits, and leadership performance reviews to reinforce adoption and highlight measurable results. Maintain and enhance global load factor playbooks, SOPs, and governance standards to sustain improvements and ensure consistency. Generate and deliver executive-level performance summaries, providing real-time insights into metrics, savings, and efficiency gains. Coordinate across multiple workstreams-supply chain, IT, communications, procurement, and planning-to keep projects on track. Travel domestically and internationally as needed to support workshops, site initiatives, and leadership engagements.
What you'll bring to the Customer Logistics Intercompany Project Manager role:
Deep logistics expertise across customer logistics, load planning, transportation modes, and packaging optimization. Proven track record leading logistics efficiency projects such as vehicle utilization, pallet optimization, and innovative packaging solutions. Strong project leadership and PMO experience, with the ability to establish structured frameworks, manage risks, and drive execution across functions. Proficiency with Power BI and other analytics tools to generate insights and support decision-making. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience leading workshops and executive-level reviews. Strong problem-solving ability, financial acumen, and results-driven mindset with a focus on measurable cost savings and service improvements. Flexibility to work across global time zones and travel as needed to support initiatives. Bachelor's degree or higher in supply chain, logistics, business, or a related field.
