Job Summary/Company : Sparks Group has partnered with a leading professional association in the technology sector to identify a

Sales Business Systems Manager . This individual will lead the Salesforce team and support the Sales and Business Development organization by optimizing, enhancing, and maintaining the CRM and related business systems. The manager will play a critical role in ensuring system efficiency, driving automation, and aligning processes with the organization's strategic business objectives.

Responsibilities : Lead the Salesforce team, providing technical guidance, prioritizing workload, and ensuring timely delivery of enhancements, automations, and support requests.

Oversee the configuration, optimization, and administration of Salesforce and related systems to meet evolving organizational needs.

Create user stories, develop test plans, and lead user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure new features and updates align with business requirements.

Maintain data integrity and reconciliation processes between Salesforce and integrated platforms (e.g., financial systems, membership databases, event management tools).

Design and manage scalable, user-friendly reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights for sales leaders and executives.

Partner with cross-functional teams-including Marketing, Membership, and Operations-to manage integrations, ensure alignment of data, and support key business initiatives.

Qualifications/Background Profile :

2-3 years of direct Salesforce administration and development experience, including declarative tools (Flow, Process Builder) and programmatic solutions (Apex triggers, classes, Lightning Components).

Proven ability to design and manage complex automations and Flows across multiple business processes.

Strong SOQL/SQL skills for data queries, reporting, and analysis.

Experience managing integrations with third-party platforms and APIs.

Background in system integrations supporting sales, membership, or event management functions preferred.

Experience conducting UAT, creating technical documentation, and providing end-user support.

Prior experience in a trade show, association, or event environment is highly desirable.
