One of our clients is seeking Call Center Specialists to join their growing team in Alpharetta, GA. This is a temporary position with potential for hire.

Job Title: Call Center Specialist
- Pay: $19.35/hr
- Paid Training (4 weeks + 2 weeks of nesting)
- Location: Alpharetta, GA
- Schedule: 8am-8pm EST. M-Fri. (Must be able to work ANY 8hr Shift between these hours) AND rotating Saturday
- Projected Start Date: Early OCTOBER 2025
- Manage high volume of calls (inbound and outbound) in a timely manner
- Provide information about products and services
- Respond to customer complaints in a timely manner
- Process customer requests
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- High school Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience
- Proficient within Microsoft Office Suite and navigating through multiple applications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Ability to work Saturdays
- Ability to demonstrate professional and effective customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
