Executive Assistant to Resurrection Experience

Job Summary

The Executive Assistant provides administrative support for the Executive Director of Resurrection Experience and helps manage the Executive Director's office on important matters of daily operations. This position manages Coordinating Assistants in the Resurrection Experience Division and is a member of the Executive Assistant team, which is convened by the Executive Assistant to the Senior Pastor and provides for the development of administrative professionals across the organization with focus on skills, cross-training, use of technological tools and cross-divisional collaboration.

Position-Specific

Professionally represent the Executive Director and the Divisional office in general, including serving as an initial point of contact with inquiring congregants, answering questions and directing calls. Maintain Executive Director's calendars, exercising professional discretion regarding the scheduling of appointments, meetings, and events. Provide direction and decisions on matters related to the office and daily business operations of the Division. Lead, mentor and provide direction to staff members who are direct reports. This includes ministry assessment and performance evaluation, goal setting, mentoring, spiritual encouragement, support and conflict resolution. Work as a member of the Executive Assistant team to provide for the development of administrative professionals across the organization with focus on skills, cross-training, use of technological tools and cross- divisional collaboration. Maintain databases, registrations and surveys, as needed. Provide administrative oversight for special projects and events such as making room reservations, overseeing and assisting with set up, invitations, catering, and taking of minutes. Oversee travel arrangements for the Executive Director, including transportation, lodging, expense reimbursement, and, when needed, speaking contracts and honoraria. Support the Executive Director's oversight of the Divisional budget, including purchasing, expense reimbursements, contractual arrangements and budget planning. Manage and respond to incoming correspondence on behalf of the Executive Director, as needed. Attend meetings, brainstorm sessions, and other gatherings in place of Executive Director as needed. Coordinate projects, tasks, and other assignments within the RXP workflow process for the Executive Director as needed. Collaborate with Experience Project Managers to ensure all requests from the Executive Director and other Lead Directors are completed with accuracy, excellence and on time. Provide direction to all staff across the church on the RXP processes, workflows and priority matrix. Provide details such as employment anniversaries and birthdays to Executive Director for monthly divisional briefing. Manage Church Copyright License (CCLI) and Church Video License (CVLI) across the organization by responding to licensing questions, looking up copyright restrictions for movie clips, and adding new users. Update attendance per location for each annual renewal of CCLI/CVLI/CCS/Streaming licenses. General administrative support, and other duties as assigned. Churchwide

Proficient in database management and Microsoft Office Suite, with knowledge of other software, such as Asana and expense management software, such as Concur. Bachelor's Degree preferred Five years minimum relevant experience. Physical requirements: Proven Results as an administrative professional
