As a Manager, Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing GMV sales for Walmarts e-commerce marketplaces. You will generate growth by providing strategic advice to cross border Sellers in order to develop their business in Walmarts international marketplaces. This role focuses on building trust through win-win relationships with third party Sellers driving engagement and adoption of growth-driving programs. We help accelerate program adoption for key growth opportunities by coaching Sellers on the fundamental building blocks to develop their business long term. These growth levers are consisting of (but not limited to) Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS), Walmart Connect (WMC), Ship With Walmart (SWW), Deal events participation, etc. In this role you will work with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to improve Seller experience. You will be entrusted with developing a book of business by executing a consultative sales approach that drives Seller growth and acting as Seller advocate troubleshooting Seller issues with internal teams and external partners. In this role you will be responsible for building relationships with decision-makers from the Sellers to drive feature adoption and growth. To drive Seller performance, you will foster collaboration with international markets and cross-functional teams. Your role will be key in executing Walmarts cross border trade e-commerce strategy. Youll sweep us off our feet if Youre seller obsessed and relationship driven You have a track record of developing partnerships You thrive in constantly evolving, fast-paced, dynamic environments You have a proven track record of taking ownership that produces exceptional results You build trust quickly and can lead by influence through data You believe in and prioritize the collective success of the team and are quick to jump in and help your fellow team members You have previous experience selling eCommerce Marketplaces or SaaS solutions You have experience in cross border or international ecommerce Nice-to-have: Spanish or Mandarin Speaker Youll make an impact by: Managing and executing growth plans against your book of business Building relationships with key decision makers Driving new partner success Advocating for the platform Being seller obsessed Thinking creatively Preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business or a related field and 3 years experience in Business Management, Outbound sales, eCommerce Merchandising, or a related area Experience completing cross-functional projects Experience in marketplace third party Seller Success (Farmer) Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines Strong influencing and interpersonal skills Detail and results-oriented with sense of urgency At Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet. It will meet or exceed the requirements of paid sick leave laws, where applicable. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Stock Minimum Qualifications Option 1: Bachelors degree in engineering, information technology, business, marketing and sales, healthcare, or related area and 2 years experience in business management, marketing and sales, healthcare, omni-channel merchandising, or related area. Option 2: 4 years experience in business management, marketing and sales, healthcare, omni-channel merchandising, or related area. Preferred Qualifications Leading cross-functional teams, Masters degree in business, marketing and sales, healthcare, or related area.
