Digital Marketing Specialist
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in La Mirada, California. This role is ideal for a creative and meticulous individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating across teams to execute impactful marketing initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in managing digital campaigns, optimizing website content, and supporting marketing strategies to drive brand visibility and engagement. Responsibilities: Update and maintain website content, including images, banners, product details, disclaimers, FAQs, and event information. Coordinate email marketing campaigns through HubSpot, including managing lists, handling inquiries, and scheduling eblasts. Review and oversee the development of marketing collateral, signage, and promotional campaigns to ensure alignment with brand standards. Support tradeshow preparations by updating digital showrooms and distributing marketing assets to representatives. Collaborate with various departments to develop creative solutions and deliverables for marketing projects. Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Google AdWords to refine strategies. Assist in the creation and implementation of targeted advertising campaigns across digital platforms. Ensure all marketing materials and communications are proofread for accuracy and consistency. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively. Requirements: At least 12 years of experience in marketing or digital content management. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in proofreading and editing. Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing platforms, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office. Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and email campaign software. Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Proven ability to analyze marketing performance metrics and apply insights to improve strategies.
