Job Description:
The Digital Workplace Data Analyst will serve as a critical bridge between technology teams, business stakeholders, and end-users, ensuring effective delivery of communications, reporting, and process improvements. Key responsibilities include:
Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to provide actionable insights to leadership and customers.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Automate recurring reporting processes using Python scripts and integrations with enterprise systems.
- Monitor data quality and ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across platforms.
- Communications & Audience Management
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define audience segmentation and requirements for targeted communications.
- Develop, test, and deliver automated messaging campaigns across Microsoft Teams, email, and other digital workplace tools.
- Build and customize dynamic content leveraging HTML, JSON adaptive cards, and REST APIs for personalized end-user experiences.
- Track engagement metrics and provide insights on communication effectiveness.
- Process Improvement & Automation
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and automate repetitive communication or reporting tasks.
- Integrate tools and systems via REST APIs to ensure smooth and consistent delivery of content and data.
- Support the continuous improvement of digital workplace processes to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Stakeholder & Feedback Management
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business leaders, to align communications with organizational goals.
- Gather and analyze feedback from stakeholders and end-users to refine communications strategy and reporting outputs.
- Ensure the timely resolution of issues impacting communication delivery or data accuracy.
- Stay up to date with emerging digital workplace tools, analytics practices, and automation technologies.
- Drive adoption of new solutions (e.g., Microsoft Teams adaptive cards, intelligent automation) to enhance collaboration and engagement.
- Share best practices for data-driven communication and reporting across the organization.
