Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, handling any legal HR matters.
  • Address employee relations issues, mediate conflicts, and promote a positive work environment.

Must-Have Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role.
  • Professional level fluency in Korean and English
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
  • Experience managing HR in a technology-focused organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
