We provide carpet and floor cleaning, upholstery cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, water or storm damage restoration, mold mitigation, air duct cleaning, and odor removal, using advanced techniques to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities

• Effectively perform Carpet & Floor Cleaning and Restoration services offered by the company. (Note: Compensation levels reflect experience; hourly rate increases with experience and certifications in water mitigation, mold, trauma scenes, and asbestos are added. Commissions are possible on top of hourly rate.)
• Complete appropriate cleaning and restoration documentation and authorizations.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Perform basic equipment and vehicle maintenance.
• Inspect completed work and maintain daily logs and work orders.
• Maintain appearance and stock of tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles; manage inventory of related supplies.
• Willing to learn and work with the newest equipment and technology; maintain company standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: High school diploma (or GED).
• Math skills: Adequate math skills; ability to determine appropriate equipment type and number of units.
• Computer skills: Basic proficiency with computers, email, and portable devices used to report and record daily activity.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in water, fire, or mold mitigation.
• Familiarity with IICRC standards (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification).
• Experience with moisture meters, air movers and dehumidifiers, HEPA vacuums and air scrubbers; knowledge of safety protocols, PPE usage, and containment procedures.
• Ability to assess damage and document restoration progress.
• 1 year of floor cleaning experience preferred, and/or experience in related cleaning services (e.g., Stripping & Waxing, Air Duct Cleaning, Tile & Grout Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, etc.).
• Certifications from IICRC are highly desired but not required; Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT) certification and related advancement paths are indicated as opportunities.

Opportunities and Career Path

• Potential to advance into positions such as Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT), Applied Structural Drying Technician (ASD), Mold Remediation Specialist (MRS), and Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration Technician (FSRT).
