Responsibilities

• Keep tickets up to date and clearly documented in ticket management system
• Basic troubleshooting and analysis
• Maintain hardware including servers, workstations (including PC and win-terms) and phone for all entities supported
• Maintain line of business applications for all entities supported
• Processes employee change event requests including new hires, terminations and transfers
• Email account management
• Phone account management
• Maintain IT assets
• Basic network (wired and WIFI) maintenance including hardware
• Demonstrate knowledge of and support each entity’s mission and vision, policies and procedures, operation instructions, confidentiality guidelines and code of ethical behavior
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Required Education and Experience

• At least 1 year of desktop support experience in a corporate setting with users in multiple locations.
• Ability to make and troubleshoot ethernet cabling.
• Experience working with information systems, telecommunications, software applications, software testing & hardware repair.
• Experience communicating with users to define problems and seek solutions.

Preferred Licenses Or Certifications

• CompTIA A+
• CompTIA Security
• ComptTIA Net +
