Anaplan Architect

As an Anaplan Architect, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of Anaplan models to support financial planning and business operations. You will work collaboratively with business stakeholders, end users, and technical teams to deliver scalable Anaplan solutions. In this role, you will: Understand Agile methodology and convert user stories into Anaplan deliverables. Communicate effectively with business users to resolve roadblocks during sprint development. Drive sessions with end users to demonstrate developed functionalities and incorporate feedback. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for Anaplan integration requirements. Lead and manage the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycle and publish results. Create functional, technical, and SOP documentation for Anaplan models. Migrate Anaplan models to production and provide ongoing support and issue resolution. Deliver user training on Anaplan models and UX/UI applications. Based on this role's business requirements, this is an onsite position requiring 5 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in San Francisco, CA. What you need to have to be considered: Strong Anaplan model design and development experience with knowledge of DISCO and PLAN standards. Proficiency in Anaplan UX and UI to develop user-friendly applications. Understanding of financial planning processes and ability to translate business requirements into Anaplan solutions. Expertise in Anaplan security features including Selective Access and Dynamic Cell Access (DCA). Experience in model and workspace management. Level 3 Anaplan certified with FP&A planning background. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills for production support. Delivery-focused with the ability to meet deadlines. This will help you stand out: Experience in conducting end-user training sessions. Ability to create comprehensive documentation for technical and non-technical audiences. Experience working in a collaborative Agile environment. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams. Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $110,000 - $130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cogniant's applicable plans.
