Sales Associate

Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, including cashiering and cash handling. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to customers. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and improve sales performance. Maintain visual merchandising standards by organizing product displays and ensuring shelves are stocked appropriately. Assist in stocking merchandise, ensuring that inventory levels are maintained and products are readily available for customers. Supervise junior staff members when necessary, providing guidance and support in daily operations. Utilize effective phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries or calls related to store products or services. Apply basic math skills for accurate transactions and retail math calculations as needed. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth store operations. Requirements: Previous experience in sales is preferred. Strong customer service skills. Experience with POS systems is highly desirable. Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership capabilities within a team setting. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance customer interactions.
