We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate not just to listen, care and provide real solutions to also make every customer stronger and more confident Must be able to work a flexible schedule Duties Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with their inquiries and needs. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the shopping experience and increase sales. Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers on features and benefits. Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and ensuring products are stocked appropriately. Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling policies. Assist in supervising junior staff members when necessary, fostering a collaborative team environment. Utilize retail math skills for inventory management and sales reporting. Uphold phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries. Ensure the Store environment is clean, safe, and inviting for all customers. Skills Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members. base Knowledge of Nutrition supplements/vitamins and Nutrition Proven experience in retail sales with a focus on customer satisfaction. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory calculations. Familiarity with cashiering processes and cash handling procedures. Experience in merchandising to create appealing product displays. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $ $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week Work Location: In person
