to join their
Transactions Practice Group
in their
Silicon Valley

Active Bar Admission

California , in good standing.
25 years
of substantive experience handling
emerging companies & venture capital (ECVC)
financings ,
mergers and acquisitions
(M&A), joint ventures ,
dispositions ,
commercial transactions , and
general corporate matters (link removed)>
Hands-on experience advising clients on
corporate governance
and
general corporate matters
for both
private and public companies (link removed)>
Sophisticated drafting, negotiation, and project management skills.
A client-centric approach with a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and clients.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and assume responsibility in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Represent
ECVC
clients in
financing deals ,
M&A transactions,
joint ventures ,
dispositions ,
private equity deals , and other
commercial transactions (link removed)> Support clients
throughout the deal life cycle
and afterward to ensure seamless execution.
Draft and negotiate
transaction documents , working directly with clients to support their individual needs.
Provide general
corporate counseling
to publicly and privately held companies, private equity funds, entrepreneurs, and investors.
Collaborate within a dynamic and growing team and across practice groups to support the firms strategic objectives while maintaining a high standard of client service.

Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation : Includes an annual salary range of
$240,000$350,000 , as determined by experience and market factors, and the opportunity to earn a discretionary
