Akkodis is seeking an Engineer for a contract with a client in San Diego, CA(Remote). Candidates must have hands-on experience with container orchestration, infrastructure as code, and cloud delivery technologies to be considered.
Rate Range: $58/hour to 60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Engineer job responsibilities include:
- Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure using tools like Terraform and Ansible.
- Implement and maintain container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
- Monitor system performance using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Elasticsearch.
- Support SAP BTP and private cloud product deployments with automation and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure secure cloud operations by integrating solutions like HashiCorp Vault.
- Collaborate across teams to optimize cloud architecture and delivery processes.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in cloud delivery and DevOps practices.
- Hands-on expertise with container orchestration (Kubernetes), infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible), and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.).
- Strong understanding of SAP BTP and experience integrating security solutions like HashiCorp Vault into cloud environments.
Pay Details: $58.00 to $60.00 per hour
