What Work You Will Be Responsible For
Participating and leading functional analysis interviews and documenting findings in report format with the team.
Reviewing benchmarking analyses.
Drafting and compiling client deliverables including reports, memoranda, and PowerPoint presentations.
Reviewing and analyzing financial data and computing transfer pricing adjustments.
Developing and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of US transfer pricing regulations and the OECD Guidelines.
Interacting with clients on calls, meetings, and email.
Attending professional conferences and assisting in the preparation of technical articles and publications.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of transfer pricing experience.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related business field.
CPA, Enrolled Agent, or JD.
Preferred/Desired Qualifications
Master’s degree in Economics, MBA, or LLM.
Knowledge of transfer pricing concepts related to intellectual property.
Experience analyzing related-party financial transactions (e.g., interest rate benchmarking, credit rating analyses).
Experience conducting functional analyses interviews to identify and assess clients' cross-border intercompany transactions.
Ability to interpret and summarize complex financial data/models to aid senior staff in determining appropriate economic analysis.
Superior financial modeling skills, including development, maintenance, and updating of complex models with current data; ability to adjust for different assumptions.
Ability to critically assess input data and stress test end results for validity.
Experience identifying and addressing client needs: participating in client discussions, communicating Firm services, and managing engagements while balancing project economics with issues that arise.
Experience as a team leader: monitoring workloads, providing candid feedback, and keeping superiors informed of progress and issues.

USD. The range for other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
