Responsibilities

Participating and leading functional analysis interviews and working with team to document findings in report format.

Reviewing benchmarking analyses.

Drafting and compiling client deliverables including reports, memoranda, and PowerPoint presentations.

Reviewing and analyzing financial data and computing transfer pricing adjustments.

Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the US transfer pricing regulations and the OECD Guidelines.

Interacting with clients on calls, meetings, and via email.

Attending professional conferences and assisting in the preparation of technical articles and publications.

Basic Qualifications

8+ years of transfer pricing experience.

Bachelor's in Accounting or related field.

CPA, Enrolled Agent, Masters in Economics, MBA, JD, or LLM

Preferred/Desired Qualifications

Substantial knowledge and experience of transfer pricing concepts related to intellectual property

Experience analyzing related-party financial transactions (e.g., interest rate benchmarking, credit rating analyses)

Ability to interpret and summarize complex financial data/models to aid decision-making

Superior financial modeling skills, including developing, maintaining and updating complex financial models

Ability to critically assess input data and stress test results

Experience identifying and addressing client needs, managing engagements, and balancing project economics

Experience as a team leader, providing feedback and maintaining work-life quality for team members

Location and Compensation Preferred Location: Raleigh

For NYC and California, the expected salary range for this position is between 120,000 and 200,000. The range for other geographies may vary based on market differences. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
