Participating and leading functional analysis interviews and documenting findings in report format Reviewing benchmarking analyses Drafting and compiling client deliverables including reports, memoranda, and PowerPoint presentations Reviewing and analyzing financial data and computing transfer pricing adjustments Developing and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of US transfer pricing regulations and the OECD Guidelines Interacting with clients on calls, meetings, and email Attending professional conferences and assisting in the preparation of technical articles and publications Basic Qualifications
8+ years of transfer pricing experience Bachelor’s in Accounting or business-related field CPA, Enrolled Agent, Masters in Economics, MBA, JD, or LLM Preferred / Desired Qualifications
Substantial knowledge and experience of transfer pricing concepts related to intellectual property Experience analyzing related-party financial transactions (e.g., interest rate benchmarking, credit rating analyses) Ability to interpret and summarize complex financial data/models to aid in economic analysis Superior financial modeling skills with the ability to develop, maintain and update complex models Ability to critically assess input data validity and stress test end-results Experience identifying and addressing client needs, managing engagements, and communicating Firm services Experience as a team leader, monitoring workloads, providing feedback, and keeping leadership informed EisnerAmper is proud to be a merit-based employer. For NYC and California, the expected salary range is 120,000 to 200,000. The range for other geographies may vary based on market differences. Actual compensation determined by experience and other factors permitted by law.
