Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives and help drive brand awareness across multiple channels. This role will collaborate closely with sales, applicators, and senior team members to execute marketing campaigns, support trade shows, and manage promotional materials. Responsibilities
Assist with email, social media, and website updates to promote products and Continuing Education Unit (CEU) programs. Coordinate with sales representatives and applicators on co-branded materials, advertisements, and jobsite photography. Post and track news releases, project profiles, and video content. Help plan logistics for trade shows and industry events (e.g., AIA, IBS, CSI). Support the AIA CEU program by tracking sign-ins, certificates, and scheduling sessions. Update brochures, spec sheets, and presentations under the direction of senior team members. Maintain the marketing resource library and distribute materials to sales. Post updates to the company website (WordPress or similar platform). Use email marketing (MailChimp or similar) and CRM tools to distribute campaigns and track engagement. Monitor and track competitive marketing activity, including ads, brochures, and digital content. Coordinate with external vendors such as printers, designers, and promotional suppliers. Qualifications
2–4 years of marketing experience (preferably in B2B or construction / building materials). Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Excellent writing and editing skills for both technical and promotional content. Proficiency with design / layout tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar). Experience with CRM / email tools (HubSpot, Constant Contact, or similar). Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
