Manage accounting operations across multiple entities, including trusts, LLCs, and partnerships Oversee bill payment processes using platforms such as Bill.com, Brex, and Expensify Lead data integration and reporting efforts across various ERP systems Provide mentorship and guidance to junior accounting staff to support their development Conduct research on complex accounting issues and present findings to leadership Requirements
An active CPA license and a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance At least 7+ years of combined experience in public accounting and corporate finance roles A minimum of 3+ years working in environments serving ultra-high-net-worth individuals or family offices Hands-on experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Intacct, or NetSuite Familiarity with insurance renewals, financial reporting, and multi-entity accounting structures Qualifications
A strong foundation in U.S. GAAP and technical accounting principles Proven ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism Skilled in presenting financial insights to both executive and technical audiences Demonstrated leadership experience with increasing responsibility over time Excellent communication skills and a sharp eye for detail in financial documentation Details
