As a Senior Plumbing Engineer, you will lead the design of plumbing and fire protection systems for a variety of building types, including commercial, healthcare, institutional, and high-rise developments. You\'ll be responsible for system design, documentation, coordination, and construction support, while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating across disciplines. Responsibilities

Design plumbing and fire protection systems including domestic water, sanitary and storm drainage, gas distribution, medical/lab gas, and fire suppression. Prepare detailed drawings, schedules, riser diagrams, and system details. Develop Revit models and design documentation for all project phases. Perform system calculations, code analysis, and equipment selection. Write technical reports and specifications tailored to project needs. Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and communicate directly with clients. Incorporate sustainable design strategies based on client goals. Conduct construction administration tasks including site visits, submittal reviews, RFIs, and troubleshooting. Mentor junior engineers and designers. Liaise with city officials and fire marshals as needed. Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in mechanical, architectural, civil, or environmental engineering. Minimum 8 years of experience in plumbing and fire protection system design. Familiarity with UPC, IPC, IBC, ASPE, NFPA, LEED, FGI, and other relevant codes. Experience across diverse building types such as offices, hospitals, labs, and high-rises. Proficiency in Revit preferred; knowledge of Bluebeam, Excel, Word, and Navisworks. Strong organizational and communication skills. PE license or ASPE CPD certification preferred. Additional certifications in medical gas design, LEED AP, or WELL are a plus. Compensation & Benefits

Base pay range:

$130,000.00/yr - $165,000.00/yr . Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance. Retirement plan with up to
