Applies engineering principles to evaluate and maintain assets to ensure they perform to their required function under stated conditions. Emphasis on implementing effective maintenance practices, supporting equipment modifications for improved maintainability, participating in technical investigations, and driving corrective actions. Base pay range

$101,421.24/yr - $152,131.86/yr Estimated starting annual base salary is in the low to middle of the range, paid bi-weekly. Actual compensation may vary based on location, experience, qualifications, education, skillset, and market conditions. This role is eligible for a discretionary, variable annual incentive, paid based on Company performance factors. With over 50 years of experience, our team aims to change how consumers make healthier choices through unique food science expertise and proprietary processes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Monitor equipment performance and trends, especially moving/rotating components, and implement preventive and predictive maintenance. Continuously identify and address recurring equipment issues affecting performance, quality, or compliance. Lead the evaluation and improvement of Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs. Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs). Contribute to risk management related to asset reliability and production efficiency. Lead Failure Modes and Effects Analyses (FMEA). Drive reliability-related projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Utilize CMMS or asset management tools to track and analyze equipment data. Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, industrial, or related engineering field. 2 years’ experience in reliability, maintenance, or process engineering. Ability to perform statistical analysis to determine root causes. Strong communication, teamwork, and independent decision-making skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability, statistics, geometry and trigonometry, and apply fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business documents, technical procedures, or governmental regulations; ability to write reports and present information to groups. Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization and interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Preferred Qualifications

Six Sigma and/or Lean Manufacturing certification. Knowledge of FDA regulations, failure investigation principles, and/or statistical analysis. Physical Requirements

While performing duties, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and may require standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
