Job Summary
The Partner Assistance Associate (Trade Sales) introduces The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection to travel partners, manages a database of agencies, and delivers superior customer service to explain products and answer questions about the yacht, suites, hotel, land, shore excursions, and air programs. Essential Functions
Promotes sales to travel partners by initiating calls, acting on leads/prospects, identifying travel needs, presenting The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection products, and making travel recommendations. Builds and maintains effective relationships with new and existing Travel Partners. articulates cruise product features, benefits, and pricing; makes recommendations to include promotions, itineraries, and ancillary products (e.g., suite upgrades, shipboard amenities). Maintains courteous and professional telephone etiquette. Provides overflow support for inbound calls/chats when required. Performs other job-related functions as assigned and exercises discretion and independent judgment. Learns and utilizes the reservation system and processes to assist callers with bookings. Education
Minimum 2-year college degree or 3 years' experience equivalent Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years of customer service and sales experience, ideally in luxury cruise Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service Positive, pleasant behavior with customers and colleagues Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey information clearly and concisely Bilingual: Spanish or Portuguese is a plus Ability to learn and understand policies and procedures to make reservations and assist callers with the booking process Strong desire to learn all product aspects (land, air, hotel, shore excursions) Ability to follow the RCYC Sales Process and maximize opportunities with add-ons and ancillary products Ability to learn and utilize the reservation system Employment Details
Full-time (40-hour work week), with occasional overtime Onsite at the Fort Lauderdale office Hours are shift-based Flexible to work weekends and public holidays Equal Opportunity
