Applied Materials has an exciting opportunity for an experienced attorney or compliance professional to join our world class Legal and Compliance Organization as a key member of Applied Material’s IP risk management team. In this role, you will work cross-functionally, across business, legal, and security teams, in order to create practical solutions that protect our innovations while driving our business forward. This position will have a hands-on-role in cross-functional strategic risk management and compliance programs, with responsibilities that may include: complex contractual compliance related to intellectual property, research security, internal intellectual property investigations, trade secret protection, insider threats, third-party diligence, risk mitigation in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, and training and awareness.
